Team – “Get off the sidelines!”

The beauty of teamwork is that every individual wins when the team wins. Every great, history making team gets contributions, both great and small, from every single member of the team. At Shine, our local congregation serves as one of God’s history-making teams. In order for us to maximize our potential as we continue building something unique for God, we must get contributions from everyone on the team. That means no one stays on the sidelines and everyone willingly and freely serves our church team in an area of ministry. When everyone is in the game we will build a strong church where people can find the hope in Jesus that we all desperately need. Then we all win! Goal: 100% of Shine members actively serving on a ministry team (serve team) at the church.
